1. Legal right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to cancel the purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. You can find details in our cancellation policy.

2. Right of return

You can return the items purchased from us within 14 days of receipt of the goods, provided that the goods are complete and in perfect condition.

3. Conditions for return

• The goods must be unused and in the condition in which you received them.
• The goods must be returned in the original packaging.
• The right of return does not apply to goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
• The goods must be defective

5. Return costs

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

6. Reimbursement of the purchase price

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you.
